Veterinary Services in Arlington, TX

What should I expect during my visit to the Animal Health Care Center?
Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists. The receptionist will guide you through the “check in” process, get all of your paperwork ready and weigh your animal. They will then escort you to one of our four exam rooms.
Once in the exam room, your pet will first be seen by one of our veterinary technicians. The technician will get a history on your pet and collect any samples that will be necessary for diagnostic testing. We offer state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and testing. The majority of the tests we run “in house”. This means we have results the same day.
Next your pet will be seen by one of our veterinarians, Dr. Rachal, DVM or Dr. Riley, DVM. The veterinarian will perform a full physical exam, discuss the problem at hand and any treatment options available.
Dr. Cyndi Rachal, DVM has been a practicing veterinarian since 2009. She practices traditional medicine and performs surgeries. Her special interests are dermatology, geriatrics and dentistry.
Dr. Beth Riley, DVM has been a practicing veterinarian since 2009 as well. She practices traditional medicine, performs surgeries, treats dogs and cats. Her special interests is internal medicine.
After being seen by the veterinarian the technician will return to the room to demonstrate and discuss how to safely administer any medication prescribed to your pet. The technician will then escort you and your pet back to the lobby.
Once back in the lobby one of the receptionist will guide you through the “check out” process, finalize all of your paperwork and schedule any follow up visits that may be needed.
