Welcome to the Animal Health Care Center New Patient Center!

What should I expect during my visit to the Animal Health Care Center?

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists. The receptionist will guide you through the “check-in” process, get all of your paperwork ready and weigh your animal. They will then escort you to one of our four exam rooms.

Once in the exam room, your pet will first be seen by one of our veterinary technicians. The technician will get a history on your pet and collect any samples that will be necessary for diagnostic testing. We offer state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and testing. The majority of the tests we run “in house”. This means we have results the same day.

Next, your pet will be seen by one of our veterinarians, Dr. Rachal, DVM or Dr. Kelsey Hubbard, DVM. The veterinarian will perform a full physical exam, discuss the problem at hand and any treatment options available.

Dr. Cyndi Rachal, DVM has been a practicing veterinarian since 2009. She practices traditional medicine and performs surgeries. Her special interests are dermatology, geriatrics, and dentistry.

Dr. Kelsey Hubbard, DVM has been a practicing veterinarian since 2018. She practices traditional medicine, performs surgeries, treats dogs and cats. Her special interest is Orthopedic medicine.
