Payments

Animal Health Care Center accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or CareCredit.  All credit cards must be signed by the card holder. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We Do Not Bill.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Discounts

Animal Health Care Center offers discounted services to senior citizens and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, so please call us for more information.

 When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  Animal Health Care Center understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3 monthly installments.  You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at:  www.CareCredit.com.

In the unfortunate event that your pet becomes ill or is hurt you will need to take them to your veterinarian. If your pet gets sick or hurt , or if your plan covers routine preventive care, go to ANY licensed veterinarian in the US or Canada and pay for the services.
